  Before You Ride

• After booking, contact us on WhatsApp at (+855)68898696 to share your hotel name for delivery. 
• We need original passport or national ID for the security deposit 
• An International Driving Permit (IDP) is required to rent a motorcycle. If you don't have one, you must demonstrate safe riding skills and follow all Cambodia traffic laws.

  Your Responsibilities

• Return the motorcycle with the same fuel level as when you received it.
• Rental insurance is not included. You are responsible for your own insurance coverage.
• You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the motorcycle. Repair or replacement costs will apply.
• You are responsible for any traffic fines or police-related penalties.
• Motorcycles must remain within 50 km of Siem Reap. Riding to other cities is not allowed.
• Damage or theft resulting from unauthorized use or riding outside the permitted area is not covered.

  Safety Requirement

• Not recommended for anyone with no prior motorbike experience.
• Not recommended for riders who are not licensed or trained.
• Not recommended for riders who are pregnant.
• Not recommended for riders under 18 years old.
• Not recommended for anyone who has consumed alcohol or is under the influence of drugs.
• Not recommended for riders who are exhausted or sleep deprived.
