* One day means customers can pick up a motorbike in the morning starting from 7am, and the motorbike must be returned by 9pm. Returns after 9pm will be required to pay an extra day rental fee.

If you pick up your rental late in the day (4:30pm-9pm), it can be kept for 24 hours and needs to be returned at the same time it was picked up. If you rent the motorbike for more than one day, you can keep the bike at your hotel until the end of your rental period.

• You can present either a paper ticket or a ticket on your mobile phone for your reservation.

Cancellation policy:

We will send confirmation at the time of booking.

• After the company confirms your payment for the booking, if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience we will charge you 30% of the total price. Cancellations within 24 hours cannot be refunded
Additional info motorbike rent:

1. Passport or any original ID card is required as a deposit.
   
   
2. Drivers must be at least 18 years old and be in possession of either a valid motorcycle or international driver’s license. Please note: we cannot rent scooters/motorcycles over 125cc to individuals who are not specifically licensed to drive them in Cambodia or their home country.
   
   
3. Be cover by your own insurance,
   
   
4. All scooters must remain within 60 kilometer of Siem Reap. Kulen mountain and Koh Khe temple are off-limits for these types of scooter. if your scooter breaks down in these areas, you will responsible for all associated costs. But we do offer another option! You can take a standard non automatic motorbike for the same price,
   
   
5. When riding a motorbike, please respect Cambodian laws and road etiquette, and please wear appropriate clothing and no flip-flops while riding. Keep valuables safe as the company is not responsible for the loss of valuables.
   
   
6. In the event of loss or damage, you will be responsible for any expenses the company deems to be your fault.
   
   
7. Before you leave the office, please check your motorbike and note ( or take photos of the motorbike if you can ) if it has damage or broken parts, if you detect anything, please inform the company, we will check again when you return the motorbike.
